My phone won't last a day without a recharge. Sometimes the charge just drops loads over a short time. How do u do a master reset.

REMEMBER to back up your phone first
doesn't mater what Samsung it is
to read it google hard reset Samsung
if the android man doesn't appear repeat the process and let go of the power key just before the other two keys
