by the way, one of the questions I put to e7even soon after I'd forwarded my finance details was "when exactly is my money taken from my account, once it's in your hands, or when I am connected ?". the reply, "on connection".

Had the Techie service guy phone me today and the drivers had been installed but the settings had got muddled as the activation had not been actually activated.
Took about 10 minutes to sort out and reset the settings and now I'm activated and going full steam.
