The closest I've seen is a Ninja Turtles cake in Tesco but it's probably not on theme enough unless he likes Ninja Turtles!
Could you get a plain cake and decorate with toys (I'm thinking of the big packs you can get in ELC/poundshops), then every child can have a toy to take home, or make them out of fondant or use sweets like jelly snakes?0
