    Someone could try using the electroal roll to find out the name of the occupiers of that address?

    These scams are known as HYIP - High Yield Investment Programmes.

    Here, for example, is a site complete with forum. They link to 110 offers with each programme offering an unlikely 1-9% return per day. Every one is a scam. It makes me angry to see people being defrauded on this scale.
