  • If this is a serious post then this guy deserves some sympathy even though it is hard for anyone to imagine why he would go along with this incredible (literally!)offer.

I'm sure he's lost his money but he doesn't need some of the comments on this page.

  • They are all similar.
There is a section where they vary
    They are of the form

    Robert-mse@yahoo.co.uk
where mse is the bit that varies
    Another could be

    Robert-halifax@yahoo.co.uk

These two examples are not the genuine article but they give the flavour of what they are like.

  • You use them to give an email address to websites you are not 100% sure of. You choose an address which is used uniquely to that website
    e.g. robert-rpoints@yahoo.co.uk when emailing rpoints.
Any reply which uses that email address arrives back at your real email address. If you get spam or for any other reason you wish to do then you stop using that address.

but would you invest in a too good to be true scheme, in dollars with a company not regulated by the FSA and has a yahoo email?

There's a site that does this sort of thing - gives you a unique email address for this purpose, only when people use it, they direct all mails to one mail box. It's free: Sneakemail
    Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries

Since the address given for ADO Finance is only half a mile from where I live I swung by there today.

Devon Lodge is a simple block of 6 flats. Looks very residential, no sign of any companies operating out of it. None of the doorbells had any names on them.

I thought about ringing on number 5 but the guy living there might be completely innocent since this is an internet based scam. The address could have been plucked out of the air. Better he just gets one ring on the doorbell from the police to establish guilt or innocence.
