A friend has just received a text on his O2 phone number:

"From 28th Sept O2 will charge for calling 0844/0870. To use your O2 inclusive minutes to call CHINA for FREE dial 07978900001 anytime. Try it now!"
Does anyone know much about this or the company that runs this? Any good?
