Always complain to the NHS Trust and PALS where it is a Hospital unfair parking charge. This goes against the will of Parliament, and the House of Commons debated cowboy parking firms today (went round in a circle and ended up back where the Government started).

Hi all. I received this letter today - hxxps://flic.kr/p/SZ1cff - please can someone change hxxps to https for me?

Do I need to take a different approach now, or carry on ignoring?

Why have you still not taken this up with the walk in centre?

Hi fisherjim ... mainly because I'm unsure what I should / shouldn't say to them, because I assume I don't want to admit that I was the driver?

    Hi all,

I've just spotted that they're chasing me for 2 Parking Charges... one for when I went to the NHS walk in centre for an emergency, and a second time when I went to have the stitches taken out a week later.

So just contact the Practice Manager and explain that, no need for a template (why does everyone want a template these days?!). You can say you were an occupant of the car because that does not say who parked! Do this in your own words as a very stressed patient who is being caused serious distress by this nasty parking firm.

You can phone them up or go in person. man_utd _99 got his cancelled this week by phoning up to complain:
