First, delete the link to the image, then upload it to a different user account, not one in someone's real name.

    DO IT NOW!

Anyway, it's only a debt collector letter.

I've searched high and low and I can't find the original letter/charge from Total Parking Solutions..... is this a vital bit of info?

    Thanks Pappa Golf...

My PCN is from Total Parking Solutions Ltd, who are a BPA member. But I have now received a letter from the "solicitors" - Wright Hassall. Has it gone too far for me to appeal with Total Parking Solutions Ltd? Do I now need to deal with the solicitors?

You have a debt collector letter then, like all the others.

That's one of loads of threads about this daft letter, which has never been on any solicitor's desk. Read this advice too:

What letter, you are not replying to debt collectors and WH are only acting as debt collectors. Do nowt.

Except a letter to complain to the Practice Manager/NHS Trust if the car park belongs to the NHS Walk-in centre. You said it was an emergency visit so complain to the Trust about this scam, if it's their car park.

Hi Coupon-mad ... sorry if I'm confusing things. I though that the first link in your last message was suggesting a templated response to WH? I guess I misinterpreted - apologies.

I'll do nowt, as you suggested, for the time being

Thanks again... I'll keep you posted!

What happened when you complained to the HNS manager of the walk in centre?

I didn't complain to them... I just ignored the letter that came through from Total Parking Solutions. Do you think it's still worth putting a complaint into the NHS site?
