The guy is a bit odd, hes now sending me emails saying he is getting threatening phone calls on my behalf and he's reporting it to ebay and the police. I urged him to as that would mean my email account was hacked. I asked him to give my details to the police too so they could keep me informed and i asked him for a crime/ref number to quote if i want to talk to the police.

Yet my emails asking how the investigation is going remain unanswered.

that makes sense, he sent me an email ranting about getting my money back, when i checked Paypal the balance was zero.

I have also had a very strange experience with a seller who was odd and left me a negative for no reason. He has since accused me of phoning him yet the number listed with ebay is obsolete! He called me names and said i had tattoo's (which i dont). But strangest of all was that he was the seller and all i did was collect the pick-up only dvd player within half hour of him calling me?! Incidently, that didnt work anyway. But he left me a negative before i had even got home, wonder if its the same person?? Item number: 320162552609
