We have filled both our cash ISAs for this tax year :j

I was a bit annoyed this morning. Our (very nice) postman left a letter to say that another letter had been underfunded by 17p, and if I wanted it there was a charge of £1 plus the 17p was payable on it. AND I had to go and pay and pick it up at the posting centre (about a 20 minute walk away) Go figure - all that processing by the PO (generating a letter, etc, etc for 17p!).

Anyway, I paid in pennies you'll be glad to hear - all 117 of them.....

..... the woman I gave them to just laughed..:) The letter was from my 80 year old Dad.

    Hi All :hello:

The setmefree2s are about to embark on a bit of a spending spree :j Time to do some decorating and generally cheering things up. Our lounge hasn't been decorated for 8 years  we need new light fittings but on the plus side our carpet is still in good nick. But we need a new carpet for the hall stairs and landing and, hopefully, we will finally get the victorian leaded glass sorted out on our front door...

....don't suppose anyone knows how to clean a stainless steel fridge door? - mine is covered in water marks and it looks like it would cost £300 to replace:cool: I might nip over to the old style board see if anyone has any ideas... failing that I might just cover it in fridge magnets:p

I thought you just cleaned as normal and then gave a final wipe with baby oil. Might be worth checking out though as i don't have any myself so don't know from experience.
