Hi all
Just been updating my mortgage spreadsheet.
Interest last November £849, interest this November £519:T:T.
This is due to combination of OPs and lowering of interest rates. Hopefully there will a bit more today;)0 -
I take it you're on a variable mortgage? (being nosey again I know)
A difference of £330! Thats wonderful, are you going to have a celebration or just dance round the room? lolCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

How about Johnny Depp to take the lead in 'Martin - The Movie' :drool:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Hi:hello:
We have a Woolwich tracker which has no collar. Current Barclays Base Rate 3% - they haven't passed on yesterday's 1% yet.
We have never altered our monthly DD since we took out our mortgage, so over time the OP just gets bigger and bigger.
I have all our details here on page 10 -
