Out of interest, what do you expect them to do about it? Do you have any suggestions how they could prevent the mozzies from getting into the plane?

Well they can do it before..they will not take less money for the tickets they providing then Why i will take less services on the price i already paid to them.

Do you really think that the flight of one or more mosquitos can be controlled by an airline or an airport?
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
  • I'm currently living in a place that has a fairly big mosquito problem (but nowhere nearly as bad as many parts of Asia and Africa) and although there is no malaria, there is Dengue and chikungunya.

Because of this, we try to keep the insects out of our living areas but even with regular spraying and ensuring that all doors and windows are closed, they still manage to get in.

Now imagine an aircraft being loaded with both passengers and catering supplies. There will be a few open doors for the mossies to enter and maybe Lucknow (LKO) is currently suffering from a bad time as far as mosquito infestations are concerned.
It wouldn't be in the best interest of the airline if some of their staff got sick through mosquito borne diseases so I'm sure that if they could reasonably avoid them getting on board the aircraft, they would do so.
