Search the video of the Mosquito menace on Indigo’s flight number labeled as LKO-PAT-CCU / 6E-342 / occurred on 19th February 2017.
I want to tell you all that not only this is true about the inflight menace happened in Indigo aircraft, but I was among the passengers in the flight. As soon we entered the aircraft some strange smell was coming out. In a matter of few minutes to the worst of my nightmare saw mosquitos in the flight hovering above heads of passengers and the intensity grew further as the all Pax entered.
There were two passengers who were really disturbed with the mosquitos. They objected this with the crew. Instead of getting an appropriate response what they received was a bad response from crew members. Later the two Pax were forcefully offloaded for protesting this at PAT Airport.

Not much sympathy around for the OP :rotfl:0

Wasn't posting on TA enough? They're insects, they fly, doors open, in they go. You got a very informative reply from someone that works for an airline. Maybe you just didn't get the sympathetic responses you wanted, so thought you'd try again?0

That has happened to me (and the rest of the passengers) on several flights just before landing.0 -
I like the way they do it just before, or in my case after, landing. You've suffered the little blighters in a plane for the last 10 hours but we're not letting them into our country.Gloomendoom wrote: »That has happened to me (and the rest of the passengers) on several flights just before landing.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
What has the funny smell got to do with the mosquitoes?0

I can think of several 'worst nightmare scenarios on a plane. Mosquitos don't feature though.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

When we used to go Turkey many years ago they used to spray insect repelent around the plane after they had closed the doors on the return journey, have never seen them do this recently, and its a bit late when you have been bitten to death by the little !!!!!!s whilst on holiday.0
