Hello,
I returned an item I bought on eBay using a 30-day money back guarantee, but the company I returned the item to are saying "they never received the item", I have the email telling me what address to send it to, I sent it by RM special delivery which says it has been delivered so if after contacting eBay, they decide to do nothing, can I contact my bank to dispute the payment to get my money back??
