I used to get the e-mails fine (had 2 invoices so far which I received via this method) but logging in now, I discovered an invoice dated 28-9-2007 for which no e-mail had been sent. Perhaps they have technical problems?
  • Always had emails notifying a bill, but logged in earlier today, and noticed a bill dated 28-09/07, but no email, clicked on the mail icon for the bill to be sent to my email address, but 12 hours later, still no sign.

Checked my account details, and it is set up to get email notifications.

Ever since I signed up with 18185, there have never been any consistent dates when they take the payments by DD. The dates so far have been 28 Aug, 10 Sep and 1 Nov (nothing for Dec, so far). Does anyone else experience the same with them, or know why the inconsistency? I'd email them, but my past experience with that suggests it'd be a waste of time.

Yes, sometimes they wait for it to build up then other times they take it.

My invoices (only £2 - £3) seem to appear every couple of months.

I usually receive their e-mails on time, but one month, it arrived just over 3 weeks late. I don't think they are entirely reliable, but you don't really need them as the information is available online. Their DD is always taken on the same day, which is more important if you're planning your finances.
  • Sorry to change the tack slightly but I find 18185 to be very one sided. Does anyone know how to contact them and then get a reply!!!

The only way to contact them is to click the Contact link on their site and select Contact Customer Services but it takes a while for them to reply - when I contacted them recently, it took a good 5 days to get a reply.
