Was in Tesco earlier today with OH who wanted a certain brand 4 pint bottle of organic milk, but only bottle available had very short lifespan. She approached a member of staff who was picking items from the shelf for delivery customers. Upon being approached, this member of staff immediately stopped what he was doing and…

If I get good service at Tesco, I commend the person, at the customer service desk, as the store will have a staff award scheme in place.

They are pleased that you took the trouble and it makes ypou feel good; much nicer than complaining.
