Hi can anyone help, I had our family flights delayed with flights by fly hellas but they ceased trading since. is there any chance that I can still claim for the delay?

no - claim is from the operating airline. If they have ceased trading then there is no-one to claim from..Given that they stopped operating in 2011 I assume this flight was some time ago0

Who would you claim from? If they've gone, they've gone - there's no one to launch a claim with.0
