Thanks Redx, I have made three paginated bundles already now (just the expense claim to go), it was more of who I should send them to. I will send one each to Gladrags and PCM at both their registered addresses (proof of postage obviously) and will hand deliver one to the court this afternoon. I will also email them to gladrags and PCM too just to ensure no-one says that they haven't received them.
Thanks for all your help0 -
You send to their solicitor, not both.
Gladrags DONT , from memory, accept service by email meaning you would have t0 post. First class, proof of posting frmo a PO, and take that proof WITH YOU on the day.0 -
No problem , be interesting to know why you never received your court order yet received the PPC one about paying the trial fee
Clearly the documents that were emailed should have arrived with you earlier , which is why we told you to check the court order , the one everyone else receives and the one you did not receive0 -
UPDATE:
My court hearing was held this morning, and after a lot of discussions the Judge dismissed their case.
I will write a more thorough description in the next few days when time permits, but really wanted to put this on here to say thank you so much to everyone on here that gave their own free time to offer me advice and assistance throughout the last 3 years.0 -
Brilliant! Did you get your costs paid?0
-
I did, basic witness costs only but happy with that.0

Better than nothing and it kicks them a little harder
If you can write up a full rep iuncluding claim number, court, judges name it really helps others.0 -
I finally received my Judgement from the court this morning which looks like it was only typed on the 5th October due to the court backlog but glad that I finally have it in writing.
The judge ruled that the claim be dismissed due to having read the witness statement of the Claimant's witness, it was clear that the Defendant was in the road for less than a minute as per the claimant's own evidence and therefore the court was satisfied that it was unreasonable for the Claimant to bring the claim.
The judge gave them until 2nd October to pay my witness costs at my hearing on the 18th September but as I only received my Judgement from the court this morning, I'll assume that they received their copy of it this morning.
Does anyone know whether I chase PCM (UK) Ltd or Gladstones for the cheque?
Thanks again for everyones help in this case.0 -
Presumably whoever brought the claim, i.e. the claimant as outlined on the original claim documents from the CCBC.0

After a number of phone calls and emails to PCM and Gladstones over the last week, my cheque finally arrived yesterday which brings my case, after nearly 3 years, finally to a close.
Thanks again to every person who took the time to offer help and advice to help me win this case, and I will check in regularly to try and offer any help or assistance that I can now to anyone else having a similar issue at Hayes and Harlington station.0
