It is a 'Notice of Trial Date' that I have received. It is the last thing that I have received from the court.0

Yes, host on tinypics, imgur etc, and paste here.
Youre not looking solely for the phrase "witness statement" are you? As it usually only talks about documents.0 -

It seems to me that you have not received the Court order which tells you your dates and obligations , phone the court and ask why , get an emailed copy of your Court order and ask when the deadline date is for service of papers0
-
Thanks, calling them now (last time I called it took nearly an hour to get through!)0

Remember , it's your local court named on that trial paperwork , not the CCBC0

I've now managed to get copies emailed to me and it states 'Each party must deliver to the court and to the other party copies no later than 14 days before'!
Am I able to email these documents or must they be delivered by post to each party?0 -
Silly question, but do I send the copies of my documents to PCM or Gladstones?0

Answered in other threads, many times before
Email to the claimant is usually ok possibly to both gladrags and the PPC ? Belt and braces approach
It is preferable for you to make a paginated bundle and hand it in to your local Court
Your local Court probably has printing limits plus it won't be set out , paginated and other neat tricks to help a judge
Never assume that a court will print your documents just because you don't bother or are looking for a quick fix
The full detailed answers are in various threads that asked the same question0
