I managed to get a load of bedding washed and hung outside this morning and then went to a U3A group to watch a 1928 film which I really enjoyed.

Also got the last items in an MandS dine in offer for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. If there had been any large chickens I would have grabbed them but they had all gone. I don't suppose a couple of chocolate desserts are slimming?

I need to do a massive hoover and mopping session tomorrow and a tidy up as middle dd comes back from a holiday/ business trip on Wednesday and is staying overnight with me and then working from here the following day while she gets over her jet lag.

Hoping the neighbour's gardener can sort out the front and back for me so it looks more respectable and get rid of the shrub near the window that "grabs you" as you walk past.

I would suggest visiting a place you are thinking of buying several times - day and night - and week and weekend to get an idea of possible problems.
