  • I don't know if a deceleration of trust ever existed due to stolen paperwork. Ex happy to be bought out at very reasonable figure (with us paying for his legal advice). But we are pretty sure his family will argue for more.

  • Re child support- he is happy to have it included as reason for taking lower value that he has not paid child support and also will not in the future- i.e.- taking a lower value to fund child support. He has also mentioned that he might like our child to benefit.
  • Re refurbishment- significant structural changes. Will get current valuation. Thanks again.

    Good warning to others really, relationships don't always go the way you expect and what appears a good idea to save a few £ at the time can lead to a lot of stress later. Your choice of partner does appear to have added to your problems somewhat.
    Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.
