I was recently issued a car parking charge notice for Euro Car Parks.
This was issued to me as they stipulated that I extended the parking period.
This notice was issued in error as there is tablet in my gym for Euro Car Parks that allows you to stay beyond this period. My vehicle registration number was inputted into this tablet. This tablet has been quite glitchy since.

I appealed to Euro Car Parks timeously within the period of their letter on the same day and without responding to my appeal they have passed it straight to the Debt Recovery Plus agency.

They also informed me that I had a charge from the same place on December last year. However, they did not provide me with a letter substantiating this. I had no knowledge of this outstanding charge otherwise I would have appealed it under the same grounds.

I have yet to contact them by phone. This charge seems so vexatious. As it has been forwarded straight to the DRA, I must make all appeals to the DRA. I am not doing this as ECP have not followed their own contractual terms outlined in the invoice.

Do you have any advice?

Don't ring them. Get the Gym Manager to cancel these, of course.

This is only ECP, they are very tame. I've ignored their letters myself. Hope you see these replies and read the sticky thread at the top of this sub-forum and calm down.

If they didn't reply to your appeal, how did you send it, not post I hope? And how did they 'inform you' there was a second one?
