Phones4u Cashback-what To Do If Number Is Ported From Other Service Provider?

Hi
I got my cashback claim form from phones4u. It shows the original number alloted to me when I joined O2. I have since ported my old mobile number from 3 network. There will be a discrepancy between my current number on my bills and the orginal number printed in the cashback form. Will this invalidate my cashback.
Kindly help with your advice and experience with phones4u.

the account number will be the same and every one ports numbers about now adaysthere or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0
