No it was a moto stop on the M23..
A place where car was parked while interview was taking place.. didn't expect to be that long but also didn't see signs for charges either

I suspect that since receiving the letter you have contacted the manager of the services , and also the company that organised the interview ar such a stupid location?

2 hrs max stay on a motorway services , as set up by UK goverment , so why did this company not advise that interviews could take longer?

sounds like its an MSA, so contact the MSA and insist on the pcn being cancelled

as well as using the blue text appeal to C P PLUS

Yes I have filled in the appeal box and chosen the ( Other) for reason as the other's maybe will incriminate the driver ...

I sent the blue template off got reply as automated email telling me they would be in touch in so many days..


Just got email from them


They have decided to cancel this and no further action will be taken

well done, a landowner cancellation is always best but this result from C P PLUS is the one you really needed

hopefully you have all learned from this experience and so will have more idea on what to look out for on private parking land , on an MSA , hospital , retail park , doctors surgery , supermarket and so on

and if it happens again, you follow the same advice as already given , but POPLA may not be a feature , depending who the PPC is
