I would like some help please if anyone is around..


My husband took my daughter for an interview at Gatwick and waited for perhaps longer than anticipated. Got letter this morning regards a fine well an invoice for 100.00 for parking..


I know there are template letters for this but I cant seem to locate can anyone help please?



Parking occurred on the 1st March letter received with invoice today 10th March Nothing stuck to windscreen only photo by post

Yes sorry I have found it just wasn't sure which template I used if you wouldn't mind sharing?

there are 2 templates because there are 2 trade bodies , the BPA and the IPC

check which one they use for appeals and use the appropriate template

its one or the other

read the thread carefully , sent the template letter when stated , do not add or amend it , you just want a cancelation or a POPLA code , not a running battle with them

you have been vaig on location , was this airport land?

by going on the BPA website and checking their AOS members , looking for CP PLUS , and checking the IPC aos members for their inclusion (or lack of)

one or the other will list them as members

not at all difficult , plus you need to learn how to do the detective work yourself if you hope to stand any chance of beating these sc@mmers

if the OP has recieved something like this then how the hell would they know about BPA or IPC

the OP received an NTK in the post this morning , so the details should be on it

no windscreen ticket at all
