charge for calling roaming mobile number
Hi, I am on the T-Mobile flext plan. On my latest bill, I was charged calls and texts outside of allowance. I called customer services and was told the charge was to a number starting with 07924 and was charged at the international rate. When I asked why as it was a mobile number, he told me T-Mobile charges calls made to roaming mobile numbers. Do other operators do this as how would I know if the mobile number I am calling is roaming?
