Withdrawing from isa

If I had an ISA with a bank can I only withdraw to a current account in my own name with that bank, or can I transfer it to someone else's current account with another bank.

I'd check with whichever bank you have the ISA with. However if you don't already have an ISA and are already looking at taking money out of it, have you looked at all the alternatives to cash ISAs first?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
