Anyone using Vodafone Fibre or EE that can give an honest review?

I used EE Fibre for a year or so up to Nov 2016. It was fine - the BrightBox2 router they give is decent if not particularly pretty. The connection was a decent reliable speed, I never noticed the throttling if there was any (not that I do much extreme with my connection nowadays).

Customer support was always UK based which is nice.

The best thing about being with EE was the EETV box which is probably the best Freeview box I've ever used. Annoyingly these only work with an active EE connection - after a few weeks without a connection they lock down. Whether this is of use to you or not I don't know - ultimately as good as it was it wasn't enough to retain my custom when they offered me a get-out on my contract (price rise). If you go with EE and one is free, bonus - if it's extra I'd just buy one on ebay for ~£30 (any EE Broadband connection will activate it).

I had live chat with EE last night and they called me this evening.

I refused to place an order over the phone because I want to get the quidco rebate. will they keep the chat and phone call record to reject my potential cashback claim?

Vodafone don't offer any tv. Not sure if they plan to in the future?
