Many people think they can go to a shop and then return if changed their mind.
Many shops have a policy to allow this and people then make the mistake of thinking that somehow it is a legal right.
It isn't.
You may have learned something from this that could save you thousands later on. For example, if you put a deposit on a holiday, car or house, just check the returns policy before parting with your cash.0 -
Sorry but it seems the lesson to learn is don't sign two contracts if you don't need two contracts. If you feel you need a second "backup" SIM then should have got a pay as you go one, so no contract.0
