BT New customer?

Quick question.
I currently have a BT phone line and Sky broadband, ex O2 customer.

If I was to take one of the BT phone + broadband deals, would I count as a new customer?

I've had a search, but all I can find are posts about swapping to a partners name on a bill to get a new customer deal.
Move along, nothing to see.

You would be classed as a new BT broadband customer.

The reason behind the (poorly) phrased question, was whether I'd have any chance of claiming cashback if I did move to BT for phone and broadband.
    Currently BT phone only.

    Topcashback states:
    • Customers that have existing BT line rental but Broadband from another provider are classed as new BT Broadband customers.

    Thanks mije1983
    More number crunching.
re. the Sky deal offered at the weekend, the more I look at it the worse it looks.
Currently BT unlimited Infinity is favourite, especially if I receive cashback and £125 Reward card.
    But BT service if problems???

It's a problem. But see my post just now, as i eventually got them to sort out a problem with their router.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
