phones2udirect

I have been trying to contact phones2udirect about my cashback claim i know they received on july 18th as i sent it recorded delivery.Every time i e-mail them they send a standard reply with a link to a FAQ page and a note to say not to contact them for a further 5 days.Is there anything else i can try and has anybody else had the same problems.

  • Look up the thread and you'll see you'll have to sue. You should have read it BEFORE you ordered from this lot! And no, I haven't got the link! Some basic research is called for.
