I have been trying to contact phones2udirect about my cashback claim i know they received on july 18th as i sent it recorded delivery.Every time i e-mail them they send a standard reply with a link to a FAQ page and a note to say not to contact them for a further 5 days.Is there anything else i can try and has anybody else had the same problems.

Look up the thread and you'll see you'll have to sue. You should have read it BEFORE you ordered from this lot! And no, I haven't got the link! Some basic research is called for.0
