Which is better with two children (7 and 12) between Chessington and Legoland?

I would say Chessington, Legoland I found was for younger children, by boys were 9 and 11 when we went and they found the park quite boring although they did like the lego part of it.0

Legoland is definitely the better themepark of the 2, but not sure if the 12 year old would be a tad old.
Chessington World of Disappointment I wouldn't recommend to anyone though.Zebras rock0 -
Having taken my DS to all of them over the years, I would say Chessington would be the most suitable for the ages of your children. Legoland IMHO is for 8 and younger. So although it would be ok for your 7yo, your 12yo is likely to be bored at Legoland. Have they been to Legoland before? If not, then perhaps they will be fine with Legoland, as it will be a new experience.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Legoland appear to have many more people who buy those devices that get you ahead of the queue than Chessington do. That's what eventually killed it for me, queuing for 90 minutes because of all the people that are basically "queue jumping" for want of a better description.Pants0
