    Just come across these what exactly? A google search gives no suggestions as to what you're talking about so maybe you could give us a clue?

    I suspect that this was meant to be the start of a spamming exercise, but something went wrong. Oddly, the name "Econo" is trademarked for the same type of product (heating appliances, etc.) by two different companies, albeit at the same address.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
