Cancel sky fibre upgrade before its activated.

I took an offer over the weekend to upgrade from adsl bb, after the adsl bb + line rental was out of the minimum term. I am now thinking of cancelling (cooling off period?) and keep the adsl bb.
I had a original offer to keep the line, and free adsl bb for another 12 months, that offer is still there online if i click on "cancel bb"
Any thoughts before i phone if cancelling the upgrade before its activated (in 6 days) would automatically start another minimum term for adsl bb and remove the original offer online.

Is it easy to revert back to your adsl line say after a 1 year fibre term.:T0
