Google MCOL ... any fees are clearly set out. Fees would be recoverable with your claim. (Assuming you won).0

It depends how much your claim is for. For claims up to £300, the filing fee is £25 if done online and hearing fee (if it gets that far) is a further £25.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Then why don't you read MSE's Small Claims Court guide?
There's a link to it at the top of this page just under your thread title, but in case you can't find it, here's another one: MSE's Small Claims Court guide.0 -

I just wanted to thank you all for your help, before going into action I thought about leaving a very bad and true review about the case online. The firm contacted me straight away to take the review off and getting collection and refund in exchange. I refused unless i got both done first, all done now! but I am not taking off my review just updating it
)
Thanks for all the support given guys

Hi Sebyle
I think you should go back to your local trading standards department as it appears that the company may be committing criminal breaches - falsely describing goods and denial of consumer rights.
You may have got the cold shoulder from TS because they thought your complaint was just civil and not criminal - many TS departments don't deal with civil issues (Citizens Advice handle civil advice now). You may have to go through Citizen Advice in the first instance anyway. Make sure you tell them it's a criminal complaint!0 -
There are many confusing points here. Also could you spellcheck this post as many words are misspelt in a way that may cause confusion.0

There's nothing confusing in what I've said.
Fair point about spelling though - I hit submit by mistake and can't edit my posts yet any idea how I can do this?0 -
There should be an EDIT button below/near each of your own posts.0
