London to NYC

Does anyone know if Airlines traditionally have a USA flight sale over Easter for School summer holiday dates ?
I am after a trip to New York or Orlando for 27/07/17 to 14/08/17.
Many thanks

You might find NYC flights but I very much doubt the peak season flights to Orlando will be in a sale. By Easter most if not all or the lower fare buckets on BA/VS will have gone. Have you also looked at Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson and Norwegian?

    Hi and Welcome to MSE.

Demand is high for school holiday dates and thus prices are higher, the airlines don't need to reduce prices, if you have flexibility and are time rich consider flying indirect via Iceland.
Also browse Norwegian airlines who have more flights this summer.
If you can get to Dublin the night before, you may find some cheaper fares.
Watch out for extra costs for baggage, food and seat choices and online travel agents such as Opodo, edreams, gotogate.

Where in the UK are you?

When richardw says "watch out for....online travel agents such as Opodo, edreams, gotogate" - I think he means avoid them - not watch out for them because they offer great services/value/prices.
