Talkmobile e-mail address?

I received a text message from Talkmobile this morning telling me that I hadn't paid my bill and will have my service suspended in 48 hours. Having checked my bank account I can see that they took a direct debit on Feb 20th so it appears the screw-up is their end rather than mine.
I called them and the operator was completely useless, after misunderstanding the problem completely and telling me I'd have to pay the "missed" payment next month (obviously won't help if I'm already cut off, and I haven't actually missed any payments) his best suggestion was to e-mail TM a copy of my bank statement, but I couldn't find an e-mail address anywhere on their website. Can anyone help with contact details? I have no idea why companies have to make it so difficult to contact them, especially a company whose business is communication

You are right,it appears they don't want you to contact them by email. You could try web chat through your online account.0

Thanks. I was struggling to get hold of them on web chat but eventually got someone - for anyone else searching, the e-mail address (obvious in retrospect) is help@talkmobile.co.uk. I got a reply today to say that they were crediting the payment to my account. Still hugely unimpressed by their call centre "help" desk, but all's well that ends well.0

How did you find the email address?
My monthly DD was taken a few days late this month so I thought I might be in a similar position to you. They must be having problems with their accounting system.0 -
I don't understand why companies are so against providing an email address. For me it is the easiest way to lay out everything I want to say and that allows customer support time to read and understand the whole problem before replying.
That being said the few times I have called Talkmobile I got through to a UK call centre and I've found the live chat relatively painless too.0
