I have made a complaint to Resolver, which weirdly you can only do using Resolver.
For the benefit of money savers on here, I will let you know their reply so that you can decide whether to use them or not in the future.

I received a reply from Resolver and am fairly happy with what they say.
But for your info, here it is.
"That sounds very unusual and concerning. We categorically do not share/give out or sell any data, and the log in and submission form is an https so is encrypted and secure so there shouldn't be any issue. However we take any flag like this very seriously and will gladly help you explore what has happened here.
I've just raised some test contact through the Uclaim4me website and was provided with a part pre-filled document that included the name, address, d.o.b, lender/provider but no more than this, and there are many more fields included in our submission, did more information feature in the forms you have been sent?
Would you be able to take some clear pictures of what you have received and email them to me?
With regards to the company themselves, I would ask them directly to confirm how and when they received your details. At any stage did you explore airFairs website or app? Have you received any email contact from them?
Ask them for proof of you signing up to the companies services which they should be able to provide."
I hope this information may be useful in the future as they seem genuine.

If you submitted it on the resolver site (as per your internet history and your case details mentioned before) then the Uclaim4me site is irrelevant, I'd hope Resolver will be checking their email logs and make sure nothing is being sent on to a third party by mistake or for other purposes
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
