No, just the bunny one. Just above the entry form it says "Follow the clues and if you find one, let us know the URL below."

I took that to mean you only need to find one to enter. I got the successful entry notice anyway.

All you do is click in the address bar of where you found the smurf then copy and then paste into the box on the entry form
