    That's like seeking a refund on your household contents insurance because you haven't been burgled and probably won't be!

    It's like wanting a refund on car insurance because you haven't crashed, or life insurance because you haven't died!

    You need to understand that insurance is not mis-sold and won't be refunded simply because you haven't suffered a claimable event.
