    Unless you called them to cancel the contract didn't just end, it reached the end of the minimum term and changed to a 30 days rolling contract. Every mobile contract is the same.

    You now have defaults on your credit record that will be there for 6+ years.

    You should call them now and get the contract properly cancelled and hope it's not been passed to a collections agency yet, because then they will have added their own fee's for collecting it. . .
