Have you considered going into offices/companies to offer lessons to employees during lunch breaks? I worked for a company that held Spanish and Russian classes on site.Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
That can be another good idea FatVon, after all, I live in an area where many people work in the import/exports industry0

So despite all the valid challenges raised - people out there do do this.
I am not sure if folks working through http://www.lajolieronde.co.uk earn "some extra money" or make a decent overall wage - but maybe tapping into what they do for ideas is worthwhile or even using this as your way to get going without so many solo worries.
There are things Duolingo and the like cannot do compared to face to face - otherwise schools would not employ foreign language teachers. But, if you have never really wanted to learn a language - you might not realise they are both valuable. You know that - don't let the cynics disabuse your value.
It will help if you can focus on a more affluent areas as obviously this is a "nice to have" thing for many. Schools have no budgets typically BUT many welcome being able to offer extra-curricular things at no effort to them - (especially if the "rent of the halls" brings in a few extra scheckles to their budget.).
Good luck.I am just thinking out loud - nothing I say should be relied upon!
I do however reserve the right to be correct by accident.0 -
In theory you can learn languages using apps but many of us are not motivated sufficiently to work through them diligently. I choose to pay for evening classes as I need deadlines to do homework and turn up prepared every week.0

I will definitely look into different ways to go about this, I am stubborn that way ;0)
I have got new fresh ideas, thank you all, I love this site!0
