OP, as Hengus requested, could you please just use normal black font, as the large amount of bright colour is difficult for some people to read ?0

I know I used to use APPC before the days of TRN's but then the whole market changed now I have an SLA for the PPC to deliver the EPC I need depending on the CTR.
The problem with the TLA's is everyone has to know them, bit like trying to understand teensage slang,
Thanks for advice though, it is appreciated.
Talking of TLA's what might be a problem is the (TCR) Tariff comparison rate
I got a quote at Uswitch and it seemed to be showing the same or a very similar rates but said saving was £140 not £102.
I am now working on getting the numbers to add up.
From what I have gathered so far it seems that the Price comparison site use a rate on your quote that is higher than what you will actually pay, but they compare that to an imaginary TCR number from the old supplier.
Is it ANY wonder that people are put off from switching supplier!!!!!Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto. Remember, the prime aim is to help provide info and resources.
