  • A civil case you might win. A criminal case might not be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
  • No authority was given to the banks, this was checked. No consent given either. He was withdrawing money when both parents were in hospital and didn't need the thousands he was withdrawing. He has changed his statement 3 times. First one he says he would never take any money. Second one he admitted he took money with bank owners consent, 3rd one he says he only acted as chauffeur. Also in one statement he says when he withdrew £3k when mother was in hospital he put the money in her purse in her hospital locker. Then he changed it to he put it in her purse ready to give to her when she came out of hospital. Sadly she died in hospital.
