Need an 'active' BT line to get Sky broadband?

Hi folks,
Im shortly renting a property that BT believes has a line to the house, but is deactivated.
Im looking to get the Sky £18.99 broadband which includes line rental. Will there be a sting in the tail that I will have to pay to get the BT line up and running again, or is this normally included?
Many thanks,
Andy

Possibly. You will have to ask Sky to confim but they usually say you need an active line.0
