RyanAir gift vouchers

Hello all, this is my first post. I'm not 100% sure I'm posting in the right forum with my issue, but it is about Ryan Air.
I'll be brief
I bought my parents £150 vouchers from RyanAir for Christmas. Filling out the online form for the vouchers, there was a "To:" and "From:" a bit like a gift card. So I put To: Mum and Dad... and of course this was wrong, my Mum tried to book her flights using the voucher codes and because her name isn't Mum, she was unable to book.
I'm finding it impossible to have this corrected by RyanAir. I've called their only number the "reservation line" at least 8 times, and spoke to serveral people with really broken english. I've done the whole online chat. I've made a complaint via their website, to which their response was an email asking me to call the reservation line AGAIN. I've tweeted them, and guess what, they asked me to call the reservation line.
I really don't know what else to do.
A friend recommended MSE, so here I am.
I'd really really appreciate some tips, help... anything really as it's a real head ache.
Thanks

Call the reservation line, if you don't get an operator who you can understand call again, they have a large number of operators, you are bound to get one eventually who can help.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

And what were you told? If all 8 of them told you that names on gift cards cannot be corrected then there's probably nothing you can do.0 -
Assuming that the agents with 'broken English' are not British (I've never called them) the problem might just be that they are not understanding you very well because the standard English they know does not cover some of the various ways that British people speak. Try talking to then slowly in simple clear language without any colloquial expressions, as clearly as you write. Be polite and if you're still not getting anywhere ask to speak to a supervisor.Evolution, not revolution0

When you buy the gift vouchers you have to tick a box to say you've read and accepted the terms and conditions.
Those terms state "Gift vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient only and their name must be first one entered during the flight booking process."
Also where it says "To" it states "The recipient’s name must match the name on their passport for voucher to be valid".
I'm confused as to why you would put "Mum and Dad" in there.0
