I've done this recently with a motorbike.
If you do it all in her name, it works. You can take out insurance in her name, the V5, just write her name but sign your name. Same with tax. It was easy.
Just keep an eye out for the V5 when it arrives
I think that needs care. This used to be an old trick, but come claim time they'll start to ask all sort of things about "main user".I was considering of putting it all in my name, partly because the insurance is cheaper anyway.0 -
