dismantling a washing machine

Buy the new one from a company that offers a removal service for the old machine (most do), then it's their problem...
But, if it came ion, it must be capable of going out again. No free lunch, and no free laptop

If you're in South Yorkshire, I might know someone who will take the entire machine off your hands (and probably help with the removal as well) as they rent machines to others. If they can't rent it out, they might be able to use it for spares.

Hi,
the old washing machine is out - taking the kitchen door and the fridge did help a lot but there is another problem:
The new washing machine won't feed with water - I made sure that there is a water supply and no low pressure - I even tried using the old water inlet from the old washing machine and that didn't work. so is the machine faulty or is there a way to fix this?
Thank you0 -
Is the machine level ?
Some modern machines need to detect a load inside the drum to function properly
But I suspect it's faultyEx forum ambassador

Yeah It's connected to the blue thing, I tried using the drum clean programme and it;s not taking any water, So I guess It's faulty.0 -

that's what I wanted to do - put something in there and see if it works, but I tried using the drum clean programme and it;s not taking any water, So I guess It's faulty. Fantastic, one problem after another

Pull the machine out, turn off the water and disconnect the hose from the machine. Is the filter on the hose or on the machine's inlet blocked?
With the hose still disconnected from the machine, point the hose into a bucket and turn the water on. Does any water come out at all?
If the filter on the hose is clean and you have water coming from the hose, then it must be surely be the machine.0
