Ukpc - parking ticket issued but was outside their land

I've spent the last two hours looking through the posts here, and I'm even more confused than when I started.
Basically, the driver parked on a single yellow line on the entry road to a private car park, this line is clearly marked as a Monday-Saturday restriction, being a Sunday The driver parked there.
The car park itself is clearly signed up as Ukpc permit holders, hence not parking there.
The ticket left on the vehicles screen And named the offence as 'parked in a permit area without displaying a valid permit'
My first thoughts were to appeal, as I feel that The car clearly was not on their land - took plenty of pictures to show so.
After the reading I've done on here, appealing and giving any details is the worst thing Anyone could do, however all the assistance seems to be helping people that were actually parked on their land. So should the driver appeal with the pictures taken, or would that be shooting the driver in the foot.

First, edit you post about who did what. We only want to know about The Driver and The Keeper who are two separate people as far as we are all concerned.
Next, read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES and appeal around day 26 using the BPA template in blue you will find in said NEWBIES.
Copy and paste and send. Do not edit it and do not reveal the driver's identity to anyone under any circumstances.
Then, find out exactly who owns the land where The Driver parked. Take pics of the area and of signs because you will need these for your second stage PoPLA appeal.I married my cousin. My worry about the template is that the driver was parked on what appears to be a normal road way, not the land operated by ukpc.0

Tell us where it was, perhaps with a Google maps reference (replacing http with hxxp) so we can give a second opinion. Many of these sites have also been referenced before on here so that may also help.0 -

Then you need to send your evidence to the BPA and DVLA (NOT saying who parked):
aos@britishparking.co.uk
and
david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
You can send the usual template to UKPC on day 26. No rush and please do not rush the complaint either. You need to complain as KEEPER saying THE DRIVER took some photos and 'the family' have discussed the issue and as keeper, you wish to make a formal complaint that UKPC are ticketing outside of their 'area' on public highway as proved by the lines & signs.
I would not do this within days, wait till week three. Forget the 14 day bribe rubbish.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It won't allow me to post a link as a new member, but here's the end of the google maps link:

It was at the end of westpole avenue, which was a continuation of the single yellow line of the road.0 -
Can't get that to work. Show us your pics hosted on tinypic or photobucket, changing the URL from http to hxxp at the start.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, I was struggling to get the site to allow me to edit.
Will set up a photo bucket account now, although I'm unsure if the site is going to let me post a link to that either, as it wouldn't with the maps link no matter what prefix I put in front.0 -
should be no problem posting a link if you change the http to hxxp, hundreds of other newbies have done it0

Just put the google earth co-ordinates in properly, 51'65" is impossibleYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
