Just read back and a few posts have appeared which weren't there while I was typing my post (my sister rang me half way through!).

LL - Can't believe it's time for you to come back to England already! The time has gone really quick this time.

  • Matron Midge - are chia seeds a HEB? Two tablespoons.

Yes! :j:j:j 30g to be exact but if you use measuring spoons and get them dead level then 2tbsp = 30g

No Beanielou, your response was fine.

I have been asked before if I want to change my PAT. I will see how things go this week and will most probably change it to 10st exactly - I just don't think my body wants to go as low as 9st 12lbs.

Lantanna - oh no, where to you live? You need to come to our group as the consultant is fab.

Went to Buffet Island yesterday and had tooooo much pudding! Need to get back on it this week as I'll never reach that target!

Abbafan - of course you'll reach target at some point. You're just taking the scenic route like most of us! Life gets in the way sometimes.

    oh dear.........

I've managed to really mess up this afternoon, I suspected (have done for ages that a friend was on the autistic spectrum). I asked the question and they are not very pleased.

Do you ever feel like you could run away lol

Anyway I never got a response to my question, very defensive answer was, was I sure that I wasn't with my highs and lows!

How am I getting out of this mess.

Well I didn't ask them I just said I was researching about it for work and some of the characteristics made me think of them.

And I sincerely hope that this doesn't offend anybody on here. I was acting out of concern that's all.

Oh dear, me and my big mouth!

Great start to the week lol

Oh dear! It's hard to know what to say to that Lantanna as it's not something that would offend me, I think we're all 'on the spectrum' to an extent (I call it my Only Child Syndrome as I hate sharing, or people touching my stuff :o) Their reaction suggests that you may have hit a bit of a nerve. Could you apologise for speaking out of turn and say no more about it?
